Çalışma Köpeği programlarına özel ek koşullar — koruma, dedeksiyon, devriye/taktik ve çift amaçlı eğitim.
These Working Terms apply in addition to our general Terms & Conditions whenever a dog is enrolled in a Working Dog program — including protection, detection, patrol/tactical, dual-purpose, or sport performance training — at either the Training Campus (Nokesville, Virginia, USA) or the PatiLee Campus (Sarıyer, İstanbul, Türkiye). Where these terms conflict with the general Terms & Conditions, these Working Terms control for working-dog-specific matters.
Working Dog training involves controlled bite work, decoy work, higher-drive dogs, and exercises that carry inherent physical risk to handlers, staff, decoys, and observers. By enrolling in a Working Dog program, you acknowledge this risk and accept it as an inherent part of the training, even when ICONK9 follows professional safety protocols.
Handlers, family members, and any observers present during working sessions must follow ICONK9 staff instructions at all times, including instructions on positioning, protective equipment, and restricted areas during live exercises. ICONK9 may remove any person from a training area whose presence or conduct creates a safety risk.
Not every dog is suitable for working-line training. ICONK9 may decline to enroll a dog, pause training, or remove a dog from a Working Dog program at any stage based on temperament, health, drive, or safety considerations — including after training has begun.
Training equipment (including bite suits, sleeves, muzzles, leads, and remote collars where applicable) is selected and used according to ICONK9 protocols. Client-supplied equipment may only be used with prior written approval from ICONK9 staff.
Where a dog completes a Working Dog program with a certification or performance rating, that certification reflects the dog's performance under ICONK9 conditions at the time of testing. It is not a guarantee of future behavior, temperament, or performance, which depend on continued handler compliance, maintenance training, and real-world conditions after the dog leaves our care.
Working Dog sessions, testing, and certification are frequently photographed or filmed for training records, certification documentation, portfolio, and promotional use. If you do not want your dog or family included in promotional materials, notify us in writing before training begins.
This section supplements the Limitation of Liability in our general Terms & Conditions. To the extent permitted by law, ICONK9 is not liable for injury, loss, or damage arising from the inherent risks of working-dog training disclosed in these terms, beyond the fees paid for the specific service in question.
Working Dog services delivered at our Training Campus are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA. Working Dog services delivered at our PatiLee Campus are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Questions about these Working Terms can be sent to info@iconk9.com.
